Selected public education is separate from the complete curriculum and operating materials.

Public learning resources

Public articles, selected educational guides and student information introduce science, ingredients, technique questions, hygiene education, equipment, terminology and professional preparation. These resources can be read without a student information fee.

Controlled education materials

Complete CAPA / La Couronne curriculum specifications, teaching plans and operating materials remain part of the controlled education system. The public website contains summaries and selected resources rather than the full proprietary curriculum.

Authorised distribution

Access and permitted use of controlled materials are confirmed through the responsible education network operator. A public pathway description, module reference or local reading note is not an authorisation to deliver the curriculum.

Each material keeps its own rights notice

Photographs, fonts, public resources and separately licensed documents retain their individual rights and licence notices. The usage policy does not withdraw permissions already granted on a valid separately licensed copy.
