How changes should be recorded

Each notice should identify its date, affected edition or module, change, educational impact and responsible approval. Corrections should link to the corrected public material.

04

Archive principle

Superseded editions, revisions and errata should remain attributable in an archive. Retiring a module should not erase the record of its previous place in an identified edition.
