The proposed model includes technical updating, demonstration practice, learning sequence, feedback, reflective journals and professional conduct.

02

Professional Educator pathway

This is one of the five proposed education pathways. Entry, duration, module assignment, practical expectations and recognition remain subject to approval.

03

No appointment implied

Reading a resource or completing an education pathway does not appoint an IBPE examiner or determine authority to conduct examinations. IBPE applies its separate examiner policies.

04

Learning through review

Educator observations can inform annual curriculum review, research and corrections. Proposed contributions should identify sources and protect learner confidentiality.
