Before you choose a patisserie programme

Six questions to bring to the responsible education provider.

01

Read the programme information

Request the actual curriculum scope, entry conditions, practical arrangements, duration and fee information. Keep the provider’s current documents available while you compare the questions that matter to you.

02

Ask about the learning experience

Clarify practical training time, the products and techniques covered, workstation sharing, equipment access and the approach to hygiene and professional discipline. Ask what happens after completion without assuming a guaranteed destination.

03

Keep the roles separate

IBPEd develops educational frameworks. CAPA / La Couronne delivers structured education. IBPE examination eligibility and result decisions remain governed separately by the examination body’s policies.
